I learned clear, respectful communication builds trust online. I will apply timely responses, supportive tone, and interactive tools to improve engagement and strengthen connections with students.

I have learned that technology plays an important role in improving communication, access to information, and flexibility in learning. It allows students to stay connected, collaborate, and manage their time more effectively. However, it also requires strong self-discipline and clear communication skills. I plan to apply this by staying organized, using online tools to enhance my learning, and communicating clearly with instructors and peers to avoid misunderstandings.

I learned effective communication, student support strategies, and engagement techniques. I will apply them by being responsive, flexible, and creating a supportive environment to improve student success.

Building professional relationship with students improves trust, engagement, and learning. It supports confidence and patient safety while maintaining clear boundaries, fairness, accountability, and respect in clinical practice.

Problem based learning is important because it builds critical thinking, clinical reasoning, teamwork, and real world problem solving skills.

Rubrics are important because they give clear expectations, guide grading, ensure fairness, improve feedback, and help students understand how to succeed and meet learning goals.

Active learning improves engagement and retention, but may overwhelm students and require more time and preparation.

Active learning is important because it helps students stay engaged, think critically, and remember information batter, especially in nursing where skills and decision making matter.

We use the 7 principles of learning because they help improve student success by promoting active learning, clear expectations, timely feedback, and strong interaction between students and instructors.

When teaching on line, an instructor must be clear, organized, and actively engaged with students. Communicate regularly, give timely feedback, and support for learning.
