Keeping a checklist helps make sure you don’t miss anything

Admissions Representative, it’s important to have a wealth or understanding of our institution and its programs. To effectively support students, you must be knowledgeable about the resources and services offered. 

I learned that more trainings may be needed beyond my school’s new hire training to become an enrollment counselor. These trainings may include compliance training for specific states. It is important that an enrollment counselor successfully complete all required training and remain current on any updates that impact their service, knowledge, and compliance while working with students.
