Although we can't control everything as an online instructor, this section was good to provide some helpful tips, things to avoid, ways to watch out for student learning problems and help to identify quickly and effectively.

Such a different format of not only teaching, but student interaction and feedback given by the instructor for online courses. Such good information to consider.

I love the idea of the students also posting a short bio so that now only can they learn from me in my professional bio, but I/the other students can learn about their classmates.

It was a good review of a different approach to teaching and what that would mean as an online instructor.

I would like to be able to apply a variety of learning methods and styles into my classroom so that it motivates and reaches all of my students in their various ways of learning.

I though all of these suggestions were great! I love the idea of them getting to know you and your experience and why that's important as their instructor, but also to be able to know your students better and them to know one another better. Create that from the start and I can see how that will make for a successful group of learners

I've always live by prior planning prevents poor performance, so it makes sense to me to come early to your classroom, get settled and prepared so when your students walk in you can greet them, help them to feel comfortable and ready to learn!

Being a new instructor to adult learners, so much to apply here and great topics/things to think about in doing so in the right and best ways!
