Being accessible to your students and responding promptly to their emails and messages is one of the most effective ways to support them in an online learning environment.

Asynchronous communication provides a flexible way for instructors and students to stay connected, creating ongoing opportunities for learning and feedback throughout the online course.

Presenting a strong professional image to your students is essential. It helps them feel confident that you have the expertise and background needed to guide them through the course, support their learning, and help them develop the skills required to understand and apply the material effectively.

The adult learner may find it difficult to navigate new learning platforms because they are accustomed to traditional methods of teaching and learning. As an adult teaching facilitator, I must be mindful of this and support students so they feel comfortable and confident adapting to newer instructional approaches.

Always engage with the student and encourage the good work they are doing.

Talk directly with the students. Be a good listener but don't get sucked into the complaint with them

If there is rapport between you and your students they will connect with the content you are sharing and their retention will be higher. They will be focused on what you are sharing with them because they know you consider this information important.

They help to keep the students interested and engaged in learning. Students like variety in delivery to help keep them focused.

Taking time to learn how to pronounce students names and brief overview of subject being taught.

Always review that course material before and be prepared for questions from students.

Always be updated about new technology. Always be model for the students.
