I have learned that there are different types of learners and that when creating my online course I should make sure that is accessible to all types of learners.

I have learned that it is important to "close the loop" for an online course.  To do so you need to use various methods of evaluation to help improve an online course.

The corrrect kind of feedback can reinforce and improve the learning process for the student.

It is important to create an Online learning community and that online resorces can help achieve this goal.  In addition, I have leaerned that there are several communication channels which will help to create an online learning community. 

I have learned that consistency is important when creating modules.
