Students learn by different delivery methods. It is good to utilize combination of methods to keep students engaged.

I learnt the importance of having clear and defined goals and objective. All teaching components must be clearly listed. Be prepared and maintain a teaching environment conducive to learning.

I was reminded of the importance of modeling professionalism and respect. To be confident of the knowledge of the subject matter you are teaching. Ways to prepare and develop the skill and ability to teach that knowledge effectively to the students in a manner that would peak their interest and generate enthusiasm for the subject matter.
