I learned the syllabus should be dynamic and to encourage communication.

I learned my course should be easy to navigate for the students, and the modules should be consistent.

I intend on familiarizing myself with the lms I am using, and providing students with feedback on their assignments. 

I learned that their are different learning types, and communication is key.

I learned that participation in discussion forums is important, not just student particpation but also the instructor.

What I learned from the modules, is that the instructor should make an effort to get to the know the student, and provide information about themselves, such as utlizing the biography section.

Hello fellow teachers, the main thing I took away from the modules, is that an online class should be organized and structured in a way that students can easily navigate around.

I learned each student has a different  learning styles as such, teaching styles should vary. I like to use movies or videos or powerpoints or group work, that way I am catering to the different learning styles.
