That making it a process gives the prospect time to consider the different aspects of the educational process and determine if it is a good decision for themself. 

Rushing through enrollment to "get numbers" does NOT normally generate successful students.

Clearly communicating the Organizational vision and goal so that every department is working towards it is important. Without each part working together it makes for a bumpy, wobbly ride for the students and staff. 

Every person on staff has the opportunity to encourage students that they can succeed.

It is a tremendous help to get students to set thier goal and WHY they want to achieve from the moment they walk in the door.

I have found that the Attention=Retention is true. When you take just a few moments to smile and say hello even when you're busy it makes a difference.
