Most important concept I grasped from this module is to try various combination of teaching styles in the classroom. Using various teaching styles allows a more effective learning environment, and breaks the monotony of traditional lecturing
It's important to set the tone, and ensure that the students are in a welcoming, and comfortable learning environment on the first day of school.
One important concept I learned from this module is the instructional objectives must have four components: A-Audience, B-Behavior, C-Condition, D-Degree. I will apply this when developing my syllabus and course content.
The main concept that I have learned from this module is maintaining a high standard of professionalism at all times. Students will model the behavior that you showcase. So, showcasing a high standard of professionalism will help the students be professional within their work industry of choice.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
