Students who have already done basic sciences courses in high school and then do an additional 2 years of allied health programs such as MA/X-ray tech/EMT/LVN/Pharmacy tech/EKG monitoring- perform much better in the advanced CVS/DMS programs. After passing the school's exams, students must take the national board registry exams from ARDMS & CCI to get hired in a hospital or clinic. Thanks for this wonderful e-learning program. I am the CVS Cardio-Vascular Sonography PD at CCC-San Bern, CA. My program requires both online and on-ground teaching and learning blended approach. Teaching these young students who are adept at video games and are computer savvy is sometimes quite challenging for me. But I love this website.
