after learning my strength profile I will apply it by focusing on 1 from each catagory. i will also use this insightful activity during a faculty development meeting.
Apply the PERMA mode in my life, workplace, and with students. especially helping students/ myself to try and focus on their meaning & purpose. trying some of the activities too.
I love this stuff. I plan to present some of this information via a faculty development day and do some deep breathing with students this week before their exams.
I should probably check in with students who ELL to make sure they understand the information from the days class.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
