The effectiveness of group activities (when organized & guided right ) & quality of interactions within & between groups enhances the learning environment  by encouraging students to actively and cooperatively engage in their learning.

I have learned about the two types of reasoning : Deductive= TopDown= Scholar & Inductive=Bottoms up= Facilitator and will incorporate knowledge of that and the primary roles responsible for components and levels of cognition in to my every day= lesson/learning plan .

Facilitators develop a learnin environment that is comforting and fosters the learneds'self confidence. Using nonverbal cues to de-escalate any problems that might occur. do not treat adolocense as being children iys counter productive.  Avoid personal topics and sharing opinion with the student as they might get offended

The Most Effective instructor is TO be someone who embodies both the qualities of a "scholar" with a deep knowledge base in their field and a "facilitator" who actively engages students in the learning process, fostering critical thinking and meaningful discussion.

I will try to conduct class through discussion based approach rather than just delivering the lecture , presenting the ppt, and showing youtube videos on the subject matter. Hopefully this will lead to active and meaningful involvement. 

I also plan on self reflecting by reviewing at least one session recording / week so I can plan the next class… >>>

Instructors should  complete a self-analysis of their abilities in order to be an effective  online instructor. 

Being comfortable with using technology, organized, detail oriented, multitasking, good time management , to say the least.

Online instructors must be good communicators, especially communicating in writing and in a concise manner.

That it is essential to help students assess their ability to be successful online learners.  Instructors should not only help students identify their strengths and weaknesses but provide techniques to improve upon their weaknesses to make them more competent online learners.
