I think it’s extremely important to :Provide students with opportunities to refine and develop their expertise in creative problem solving

Reflective thought in its most simple form is stepping back, pausing, and trying to observe all that can be observed about the situation

It’s up to the instructor to guide the students and learn different  learning styles , so students can stay on board and not loose sight of what is being taught ,but to learn and grow with the knowledge the obtained and developed a growth mindset . Instructors need to put their words into action by showing examples so student can follow and learn and identify . 

Critical thinking is a problem solving , reasoning and evaluating 

Critical thinking is important to everyday life as we need to use those skills 

I agree on critical thinking is important skill to be able to function
