I learned that having a meeting agenda sent to attendees in advance is valuable.

Letting your emotions not get involved is key when receiving.  Even if facts state otherwise, actively listen and thank them for sharing their observations.

Asking open ended question and allowing for instructors to troubleshoot.  Giving more positive feedback and not fearing evaluating instructors honestly

I find myself to by more of a manager.  Leadership is an area I am working on.
