I realized I am a leader, not a manager. I have long-range vision and am not good at the day-to-day operations. 

This module reminded me that managers are made, not born. 

This lesson opened my eyes to the complex financial aid system and made me appreciate both the business office and financial aid office more. 

I'm in a graduate program, and I learned how complex Financial Aid is and all the behind-the-scenes steps that are involved.
