When transferring contents from a F2F environment to a online environment there are many things to consider. Make sure the contents is user-friendly for online learn, and keep all course contents updated along with technology.

I learned that you should make sure the technology is conducive to the learning process. The technology should support, not hinder, the teaching and learning process.

I've learned that keeping students engaged is very essential to online learning. I think that using the same style of teaching for my hybrid classes for engagment will help with a lot more mentoring.

Content delivery is important and must be appropriate for the course and course content. It is important that the instructor and students understand the components of the course and whether or not synchronous or asynchronous learning is essential to the learning process. 

The learning process is an amazing tool. I have never taught in a virtual classroom before, so the contents is all new to me. I have learned a lot about virtual learning and can't wait to apply it to my class one day. The different technology for engaging students will work well in my classroom.
