Great information that pushes Career Services to examine how we can improve and connect with our students in more meaningful ways. 

Opportunities abound that we sometimes don't realize within my own community to foster and develop stronger relationships that can benefit our students and graduates. 

I intend to think deeper about the big picture and consider all of our respective constituents when determining best practices and developing how Career Services functions. 

Case notes will improve our documentation process. 

I like the notion of having multiple internal employees to determine the validity of a placement. 

Accurately reporting placement data is so crucial for institutions for several reasons. 

This section underscores the importance of accurate placement reporting and how it fits into the larger picture.  This serves as a reminder to ensure we do all we can in Career Services to report where our graduates are working as accurately as possible and with as much data so that we can shape future policy both with the institution, economically, and even globally.
