I now have better understanding of how different types of students have different motivations and may need different methods and strategies to reach the students. 

I'ts important that the student has good back and fourth comminication with the instructor. Which means I need to communicate with student and give them good feedback.

Proper communication on how the course is set up wether syncronis or asyncronis learning is used and how to properly navigate the programs.

I learned their are many ways and tools you can utilize to help students learn and communicate their questions and concerns.
