I have learned that I need to find my learners where they are and create learning activities that will engage all, not just some of my learners. Some can learn from just written materials, but I need to create different opportunities for different types of learners to be successful.

The need to engage students in different mediums so that you can help the learner where they are in their educational journey. Not everyone can learn at the same pace or using the same materials, so we need to create different opportunities for different types of learners.
