I learned that in the online platform it can difficult to rein some students in while it may be easier to manage others.  However, there still needs to be guidelines followed to manage both. 

It is important to engage the learners in both synchronous and asynchronous learning at different times through the paradigm of learning. 

It is essential for the instructor and the learner to get to know each other in an online platform. 

E-learning environments can be difficult if the educator does not provide efficient, clear and precise information for the learner. The educator has to be able to provide enough material to keep the learner engaged and excited in the course.
