it is best get criticisms from more than one source, so mutliple evaluations can be positive 

Ive learned that feedback is not only nice ot have but necessary in order for myself ot become a better instructor but also help guide my students. Using such tools as a rubric to show what is expected and how everything will be graded

This lesson i learned to make a detailed syllabus to make it clear what I expect from my students and what they will see in class and what I've planned over the course of the term. Also learned how to keep the communication going between the students and myself, a simple " i agree" isnt enough to keep the lines of communication open.

From watching the module I've learned that it is best to be as constistent as possible to help my students understand material and expections. Also will assist the students in knowing where to look for information or how is the best to contact myself if they have a question.
