My takeaway for this module is that Planning and Preparation are key components for a successful delivery of teaching. It goes to show how that the instructor or professor has a laid down process in place for not only a successful outcome but also a plan to execute each and every item on the outline agenda.

In this module I learnt that instructors are looked up to as role models and should set good examples as models. Being respectful is reciprocal so therefore Your engagement skills should be based on mutual respect and the willingness to support student to thrive and achieve set goals.
