Internships offer students multiple paths to employment, and increases retention

PD iin career servicess needed more than ever as legislation,the economy, and job search techniques evolve over time. I will continue to be effective in my role in career services by networking with industry professionals

Career services should be  more nvolved in  decisions of programs, but are limited to the ratio of such personnel in the schools, They should also report to the director.

The role of the advisory team is one of the most important relationships of the CTE program, mentors are a good tool for incoming freshmen, marketing for our school is an ever changing process.

I will reach out to alumni, maybe have them do interviews-mentoring.

There are many structural barriers related to CTE programs  that affect outcomes.
