I learned about that checklist to gather and update documents help ease the task is important because is time consuming but vital to performing your job according to regulatory guidelines. A checklist can make the task easier.

I've learned that an institution can decide on any marketing strategy that it feels will be effective, as long as it follows Fair consumer practices. 

From this module, I learned how critical it is to strictly follow the Florida Commission for Independent Education Rules and Statutes, especially in relation to fair consumer practices, admissions requirements, and enrollment procedures. I now understand that all admissions requirements must be followed 100% and clearly communicated to applicants, regardless of personal judgment about a student’s potential.

From this module, I’ve learned that admissions staff training is mandatory for all personnel involved in recruiting or enrolling students, whether they work on campus or as agents in the community. The training ensures compliance with Florida Statutes and Administrative Code, focusing on fair consumer practices, accurate communication, and regulatory requirements. It also emphasizes the importance of understanding defined terms in admissions and marketing, maintaining proper documentation, and keeping up with continuing education to stay aligned with new policies.
