This module was extremely useful and jammed packed with great tips. One of the points that stuck with me was to reach out to other instructors for assistance by reviewing their syllabus and course layout to help create an outline instead of reinventing the wheel. This also helps to provide feedback on the direction you are going. Additionally preparation is going to be the key to success. Outlining the course requirements, assignments, and providing basic information like office hours and a brief bio/introduction will help give the students a clear view of who you are and what to expect.

Model, Manage, and Motivate! Be open to collaborate with veteran instructors and stay abreast of changes in your field. Most importantly continue to develop yourself and strengthen areas you may be weak in.

Comment on Tanya McCormick's post: I strongly agree with what you stated ,"Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one else is watching." By continuing to keep that in the forefront of our thoughts it'll help us to continue to live up to the values and mission of being honest and transparent. You'll never have to wonder if you are doing the right thing.
