Empathy and sympathy are two great essentials of  communication that are very important when working customer service

How you ask a question is very important

As a representative in the admissions department, i can fully understand the importance of effective communication. The tone and body language helps for individual in an already overwhelming situation feel comfortable and your message effectiveness. Interaction is key!
