I knew a little about sexual harassment but only heard of title 9. I know more about both now. I still do not know who the coordinator is here but reasonably understand their duties and responsibilities. Lots of things to know here. 

Safeguard all protected information as required by policy and law.

Information security is a big deal. When in doubt, find out or err on the side of caution. Keep up on policies and procedures as required.

Be careful handling student information and only do so as the law allows.

Follow the rules to protect students' privacy and the institution. Access to records is as needed. Notes transferred from one employee to the other become a part of a student's educational record.

Stay within the bounds of my role. Refer as required. 

UD can be used by everyone. It is sometimes accommodation enough for equal access. Equal access is important because everyone deserves equal opportunity.
