I agree with you. I just finished the Rubric course and gained some valuable insight into the development of rubrics.

I just completed the course as well and found it very helpful.

I enjoyed the EL 105 course that focuses with communicating with students. I especially gained insight with the generational differences of our learners that all of us invariably have in our online courses. This course helped open my eyes to the need to further differentiate to meet the needs and learning styles from the various generation groups that make up our courses.
