In the module I learned to refer to institutions policy and procedure as it pertains to disciplinary matters. 

In E-Learning g, students are impressed with and respect online instructors, whenever an online instructor comes packaged with academic credentials, years of professional experience, and accomplishments. This complete package allows an online instructor to showcase authority.

In a E-learning environment, learning support must come from the online instructor and technical support as well. E- learners are more secure and comfortable knowing that they have the support of their instructor to make their learning experience successful. Readily available technical help is extremely helpful in any e-learning environment.
