When I have come to notice through this, is that understanding the underlying causes of a behavior or what trauma the student might have endured can have a major influence in how they learn and listen in class, and will influence their behaviors as well

I see a great positivity in an advisory group for support. I do have a mentor but I think that he is not necessarily a good fit. I need to be looking for somebody that I connect with better and can instruct me more as a teacher.

I have learned in this segment how to carry myself to a higher standard, develop clear and establishex boundaries between personal and public school life. The boundaries set with social media as they are students not friends or peers. as an educator I must guide them and carry myself to a higher standard.

I've come to a better understanding of what POS is and how to implement it. They understanding of CTE and the continuing of the secondary education tied with public and private partnerships to direct your instruction.
