After following the methods of questioning and its uses I feel I need to revamp my questioning procedures.  I now know it is a best practice for any level educatior.

I will be reveiwing my lesson plans and rethinking a redoing my questioning procedures.  As I may be teaching some newly developed subjects on working on the new lesson plans I will be incorporating using more effective questioning.

I feel what the course preented to me was that learning needs to be more active for our students and I need to implement more into my courses that I am responsible to pass on to my students in the best way.  Active learning is something I intend to do more of and less lecture.  Many of my courses involve not just passing on facts and information but getting them into the practice of thinking outside the box and thinking things through.

This course was very stimulating to me as it covers everything in the course I cover at my school for the adult learners.  They have very specific needs that are different from the traditional student.  It refocussed me on my course and in a way rejuvenated me.

I learned alot from this course and plan to use it personally and to pass it on to my students who are just entering the school at which I teach in the evening.  They have a lot of stress and I am sure they will get help with this information. Thank you.

Time management is universal in that all people can utilize this skill and it is especially important for new students as they are beginning a new segment in their lives and need to juggle alot of issues.
