This has helped me learn some new ways to keep members engaged.  I will definitly use this for our next board meeting.

I never realized how many steps there are to Motions.  I will definitly share that with my staff.

I knew some of the information, however I attended my very first board meeting this fall.  We were served dinner while we met.  I liked the idea of dinner but found no one talked while eating and the whole event lasted 2.5 hours.  I think I would recommend that we move everything up to start earlier, that way we aren't out till 8 pm at night after working all day.

I found this interesting as  I am still learning all of this.  I however don't think my school goes through the nomination process and then to our director.  I will be having a conversation with him to get clarification.

I learned many lots of new things that I didnt know before,  I have downloaded all the PDF's and will use them when I do pre interview prep

I learned about the STAR method, but I was amazed that I had never heard of a group interview.

I have dowloaded the workforce packet and am excited to see if there is something I can use when helping kids with their resume's which go hand in hand with the interview process.

I was unaware of how many resources there are out there.  I will be sure to share this with others within my building.  

I found it interesting that more people with disabilities don't have desk or management jobs.  I think it's interesting that so many work in production.  I never really thought about the number of barriers they have to face.

I will pay more attention to body language, making sure I am looking directly at them and slowing down my speech a bit, I have a tendency to talk fast
