About me

Activity

After completing ED114, my knowledge of the types of questions to ask students has been greatly enriched. I was able to learn about "wait time", types of  close and open questions to ask to be a more effective instrutor, and encourage more student participation.

A very important factor to achieve success in an organization is the unaninous supportof each and every emloyee and

administrators towards the welfare of the organization. The mind-set of every member of an organization is to prioritze

all their activities towards the achievement of the company's goals first, before the emplpoyees' and the employers'.

With this goal in mind, the employees will be able  to work cooperatively and very efficiently with the administrators.

This course provided me with very valuable information that I can adapt to my teaching style and applicable to the needs of my Professionalism students.

Knowledge is power and allays a lot of fear about disclosing the wrong information. The "Doing the Right Thing Courses" has given me a lot of current knowledge and reinforced the knowledge I already had to better serve our students and promote the College's mission and values.

I found the material and subject matter very current and applicable, particularly regarding Disclosures and Advertising Practices.

Every school have protocols regarding challenged students and these policies should be followed to the letter as much as possible for the welfare of the student, the school staff, and the school as well. If there are questions or gray areas in these protocols, the school Administration should address these questions immediately.

How do you motivate a class made up of different age groups and edicational attainements.
How do you combine a class of hyperactive, giggly high school students with elderly professionals in search of a quiet career later in their lives?
