It is crucial that the Admissions rep, understands each program that there department offers our student so we can always give key points of the programs that we offer as well this opens the door for us to make more of a imprint on our students by providing them with accurate program information this helps to maintain a healthy enrollment.

It is extremely important, that we insure that our student are fully informed and their financial structure of the cost and there options. Documents should always be classified and filed immediately to ensure the student private information is secure. All this should be done while helping the student in there process and giving correct information is what builds a solid relation with the student to make there experience a great one.

I learned the importance of providing accurate FNU, policies and regulations to ensure the upmost up to date information to our students, this is critical when being asked questions about certain policies and as Admissions advisors our job is to provide honest truthful information to establish a relation with the student.
