The importance to inform clearly and keep the students informed of the courses details, including times, requirements, payments, expected outcome and responsibilities. Also, about the responsibility for the university and the agents to know the details and represent the university in the best way possible.

A reference guide is the perfect tool to keep oneself up to the latest rules and regulations. I also a structural guideline on all the information we need to know and able to handle about the institution we represent. As such, we must keep it updated.
