Feedback is certainly important, but we must remember we are dealing with adult learners, who arrive in our classrooms with varying degrees in their wealth of knowledge and experiences. Therefore, using a feedback allowing for a growth mindset interlaced with a formative and summative feedback could work nicely.
Scaffolding, no doubt, is an important concept, because it is not abstract, but rather concreate. Through this method, it helps learners, such as me, build on existing knowledge with new knowledge through the course curriculum and other students.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
