I've learned in when giving completion questions to expect to be flexible and understanding that there may be more than one answer to the question. Be prepared to accept and discuss the other answers.

When asking questions to be sure to give efficient time for answers.

I've learned that technology is a useful tool for the younger students and will be a helpful resource.

Experiential learning helps support connection from what students know and are hoping to know in the future.

Developmental advising focuses more on the student's needs. Exploring life and vocational goals is a good way to gain information to be a better advisor.

Listening is one of the most fundamental ways to connect with the students.

Always focus on the principal objective which is educating the students.

I've learned delivery of my content must be thorough, fluid, and understandable. Also to reinforce that they are learning stuff that will help them in the real world in a positive way.

I've learned different ways to keep myself engaged as well as the class. I will try to encourage the students by relating the information there receiving with the chosen career path. Also try to relate my personal experiences with a well told story regarding the subjects at hand.  

I've learned to be enthusiastic about what I am facilitating to reflect a positive learning environment.
