Compliance is important for the school and the student success

Everyone that works at the school has a part in compliance. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Be consistant, fair, transparent, knowledgeable, with purpose, inclusive with community, and outcome-driven are all linked to schools's effectiveness.

Students loose their trust in schools for not receiving the education or training they were promised. They can withdraw, file a claim with a state board regulatory board or agency, post on social media or contact the media.

Refer student to someone more knowledgeable about a student question if you do not know the correct answer.

Do not use superlatives because they are not factual information but express you opinion. Representations need to be verbal or written abd cannot deceive or confuse a student.

You must be transparent, accurate, complete and documentable with students goals and success in mind.

The Triad helps oversee the quality and financing of the education we provide. The Department of

Education, institutional accreditors - regional and national, programatic and state boards agencies help us maintain our accredation to provide successful students in the work force.

Compliance is the most important aspect in education. What you do will affect others. If you follow compliance rules it will lead you and others to success and growth.

This is very important for the student because they don't feel that you know who they really are unless you know their name!
