When we inject education into the culture around us society benefits.  Taking the time to push students to enalbe a feeling of worth and self esteem is a type of paying forward.  

It is more than being in the right place, at the right time, wearing the correct uniform.  Being professional and have the right work ethic will allow students and potential employees to standout.  This positive discriminator may be the determining factor for hiring, promoting and excelorating the satisfaction of job performance.  Both professialims and work ethic are valuale traits.

Good leadership involves allowing students to become aware of their strengths and weaknesses.  As students grow personally, professionally, and academically leadership traits, skills and ability will become known.  By observing, accessing and coaching an instructor or facilitator can guide the leadership growth process.

Infromation Technology is a way to maximize and improve productivity.  With the Internet of Things (IoT) more and more invovations are becoming comon in both work and classroom experiences.  By understanding and knowing how to use information technology, everyone is better prepared to accomplish their task.

When teams get together there are stages they go through; forming storming norming preforming and adjourning.  It is normal to have a few bumps in the journey, however a facilitator should always maintain control for productive output.  As a team the individuals and the organization can achieve more.

Critical thinking is an attribute that employers and good students demonstrate.  Truths and falsehoods can be put to rest when critical thinking is used.  Critical thinking can solve problems and demonstrate analytical, communication and creativity skills while keeping an open mind.
