Teach the students as adults with responsibility. If we provide everything to them, they will not learn to be successful in the outside world. We are here to listen, guide and inspire them to make  decisions. A coach never decides for the students. 

I learned that we have to listen sincerely when students talk. They should be treated as a friend, be respectful with their feelings.  We have to be objective when giving advices and understand their situations.  We can't judge them.  If we believe in students' potential, they will succeed and achieve their goal.

Be sincere and attentive when a student is talking about his frustrations, dreams, goals and strategies to achieve his success.

I HAVE TO STOP, BREATHE AND ANALYZE THE SITUATION. I HAVE TO GO AWAY FROM THE STRESS AND COME BACK AND YOU BECOME MORE PRODUCTIVE.
