To achieve the highest level of learning and success of a course the feedback needs to come from a multitude of sources. I believe the more effort you put into meaningful feedback the more you and the future students will continue to benefit from the program.

Getting to know your students and providing thoughtful and meaningful feedback as to how to advance themselves in the future is one of the most beneficial things you can do for them to continue to achieve valuable success.

Communication is key, and not everyone communicates in the same language so to speak. You need to study and learn your students to identify how they communicate the best way to communicate with them.
