I've learned that working on making sure the information and requirements are always easy to understand for those interested in applying to Universities/Colleges/Institutions of higher education. Keeping within compliance will help the students and the University avoid any unnecessary problems in the future.

Learning all this I will be able to provide better service to those already in programs or applying to programs at my University!

Following compliance and staying inside the guidelines is key to reducing future problems for everyone involved. And it protects the University and the Student.

Knowing all the relevant and required information to accurately inform prospects of what will be required of them during the process is very important. And providing the prospect with guidance on what is the next step even if the step is outside of your own department.

Following the guidelines will never do you wrong, learn the policies on what can be said to prospects and provide the necessary information for the prospect to be satisfied with their question or request.

Providing factual information to prospects to guide them and assure them is the only way to do it. Making sure you are honest and do not misinform them or give false hopes.
