Whem lecturing you may want to take frequent breaks to keep your class intersted. Put them in study groups.

Do not be afraid to use multi sources to get your students to understand the information being taught.

I really was not sure what the differnce is between a assessment and and evaluation . But an assessment is just taking notes on progress or other and evaluating is actually grading. Makes sense now.

I have learned that you must select the best tools not omly in the classroom, but also on line. You have to make sure whatever training tools you are using are right for your class and the projects that come up along the way.

The on line learning should be an asset to what you are learning in class. maybe it will give certin students a clearer view of what is being taught in class. With a rubrics, we can access students work easier and grade more effectively.

I have learned that different age groups will learn and communicate in different ways. Before you send your student a message make sure you are putting in the right wording, as to not offend the student you are contacting. You may have to use different communication methods with your students, but they should all be respectful of each other. If a student is not effectively communicating with you, have a conversation about how you are not understanding what the students needs from you and maybe the two of you can come up with a cleaner communication line.

I have learned to make sure that I am staying on top of communication with my students. And it is okay to disapline. And use different methods for disaplining.

I have learned that using social media to interact with your students can be an efftive tool for communication. I looked at texting to be too personal for communicating with students, but in the lesson, it says texting can be very effictive when needing to remind students of certin projects or deadlines. Just making sure all your students have access to what ever playform you are using is the most important thing to remember.
