Loved this part of the course. Having different  assessment style is very important instead of the standard essay or quiz. And 100% all students have their own learning style so as instructors we have to understand that and make it an inclusive learning enviroment.

Learnt a lot from this course and more confirmation. I planned questions prior or when ending the class but avoided asking individual students. Something that I will implement and maybe ask questions according to the knowledge the student would have instead of general questions.

This course confirmed that how I start the class is so important. Also learnt and confirmed that constant engagement by asking questions relating what they learnt and will learn is more productive then plain lecture style. To summarize what I learnt is ,keep it student centered not Instructor centered.

Loved this module as it was relating to classroom management. Very crucial part of teaching. It was great learning about the 4 teaching styles. Was good to get clarification that I have the Guide method. Need to keep working on this and enjoy teaching.

I learned that to be a great instructor you have to  show up early prepared and follow  all the professhional protocols. Making sure that all the teaching is student centered and treat them with respect. What I need to add is more professhional development course or training.

This section was more of a confirmation for me ,during lecture where I stop and have discussions and also ask Questions. Also to continue brainstorming to get the entire class to participate.

What I learnt from this section was for waiting after asking a question and answering a Question. Also giving the students time to write out their answer.
