The instructor should establish several mathonds of learning the matereial and providing feedback so all different typs of learners can engage and feel comfortable.  Additionally consistancey throughout each module would help students learn.

I learned that a fluid syllabus is very important as a foundations for the studetns to follow and go back to.  Addistionally scafoolding in an online class is important to develope the students.

I feel behavior management will be easier than in a traditional setting.  Students that tend to seek attention through physical distraction will not be able to take away from the learning environment.  Students will not be able to throw projectiles across the room.  Ridicule of dress, looks, or voice will be practically eliminated.  Some students protected by a computer may be able to participate more.

I feel this will be the most difficult portion of online learning.  Getting all students involved with their thoughts and ideas and sharing what they have learned.  In an asynchronous system students will be able to view peer statements and simply copy or reword those in order to maintain participation deadlines.

I feel it will be easy to represent myself as a person from behind a computer and have students do the same.  The anonymity of online courses allows students to let their defenses down.  Students today are engaged in social media such as Instagram and Snapchat.  They already follow netiquette online with their peer groups.  I think the key here is careful monitoring of communication to keep it within school standards.

My challenge wil be to find a way to take hands on learning into a virtual environment and have it have some resemblence of meaning as group projects did from the previouse year.  I understand the various ways for students to interact.  I have not yet learned of a way to replace the kinestetic learning.
