It is important to know the laws so that you can abide by them and also to not get fined.

There is no promising students that they will be employed after completing the program. 

I am going use this information for my prospective students. I do not want to violate privacy and give them the most accurate information possible.

I learned that transparency and honesty is the best policy. Students need to make the best decision based on facts.
