This segment discussed more on what it was on before, more specifically how being concise in responses is majorly important for answering questions, clearing any misconception and overall being very helpful in the case.

This segment really demonstrated the importance of pairing guests with a calm, knowledgeable guide who knows the workplace inside and out, while also providing them with a dedicated, well-equipped workspace to use.

From this segment, I've learned about major organization methods in order to prepare staff, for example the, "be ready, not surprised," method was something that I reflected on and found rather useful to know, anticipating challenges, not just for myself but for staff as well.

This section taught me about the major importance of transparency in schools, understanding that, as a school, we are the one's that represent it, and thus must acknowledge how any false information given could greatly affect the schools image. One can apply such by simply being mindful of the knowledge that they give, especially for me I can ensure that the information I have given to my students is correct and not misleading at all.

This segment of the course stressed and taught me the importance of sharing things accurately, being honest with students and peers, as well as keeping them well-informed of any updates or changes that may come.

This section taught about how honest and integral methods are the very foundations that create an enviornment suitable, not only for students but teachers alike. This general teaching can easily be applied in practice, rather than taking an easy way out or doing things simply because one benefits you more, whether financially or physically, instead taking those extra steps and ensuring that the enviornment stays a trusting and educational one.

Metarubrics are great.

I learned the differences between a rubric and checklist, this can help me in the future.

I learned that creating a rubric takes time and effort so that the student knows what they should do. Rubrics are meant to help and guide the students.

Rubric's can be an advantage an many times. Rubrics help with seeing what needs to be done in that specific assignment and it also helps to make sure that there will be no mistakes made. But, it is also a disadvantage because it is time consuming.
