Understanding diversity and inclusion is essential because every student has unique backgrounds, experiences, languages, and learning needs. Effective teaching focuses on students as individuals and creates an environment where everyone can succeed.

Using It in the Classroom ( Try your best)

Recognize and respect cultural and linguistic differences.
Use a variety of teaching and assessment methods.
Support ESL/ELL students by valuing their multilingual abilities, but they will also need the main language which is English, for board exam.
Encourage clear communication and collaboration among students.
Create an inclusive classroom where all students feel respected and supported.

Nice to learn new methods to implement in class. Different types of technology available and also ways to make the students interact with the professor. 

Welcome to our new digital reality! Though it has its limitations, it undoubtedly simplifies our lives. Greater connectivity allows us to share knowledge with our students more seamlessly

The methods discussed in the chapter are important, although it is very difficult to apply them in the classroom, especially when we might have many new and uninterested students. Of course, it is worth a try because we learn a lot about techniques and how to implement them in the classroom.
