Teacher training is vital for student success.  We often forget the little things that make success attainable and security and autonomy is very important for proper success.

Building an online course use a structure that is effective for each learner that you may encounter. 

This module actually will aid me in becoming a better teacher.  I will be attentive to the students, my style, and look for any disconnects which will deter the learning process.
