I have learned that sustaining and scaling the impact of career services involves building long-term capacity by integrating services into culture, building partnerships, and securing resources.

Effective career services serve as a link connecting education and the workforce by addressing the needs of both learners and employers.  These services prepare learners with skills for career transition and act as a talent pipeline connecting employers with skilled students.

Malcom Knowles made me realize that different ages and learning styles will vary.  I much cater to language barriers and ages to really reach my students.

I'm going to build a strong rapport with students, creating new way to teach, engage, and have a supporting learning environment.

I plan on catering to all generations learning styles and make it comfortable

 to learn.

I learned that under the FEPRA, all rights transfer to the student once they turn 18 or begin postsecondary school, regardless of who is paying the tuition.  A university cannot release a students private information to parents without the students explicit written consent.
